Shipping & Returns
We offer FREE Perth Metro shipping on orders over $75. (Metro includes south to Rockingham, north to Burns Beach and east to Kalamunda.)
At Dreamtime Foods, we keep things fresh and made-to-order. We don’t hold large volumes of stock, so we aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days of purchase. If you need your goodies sooner – for a celebration or a craving – email us at info@dreamtimefoods.com.au and we’ll do our best to fast-track your order (a small express fee may apply).
All orders are shipped via Australia Post from Perth. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking and confirmation.

Returns & Refunds – Unopened Products
Changed your mind? No worries – we get it.
At Dreamtime Foods, we accept returns on products that are unused, unopened, and still heat-sealed. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To start a return, email us at info@dreamtimefoods.com.au and we’ll provide the return address (please don’t send items back via the courier). Items must be packed in their original shipping box.
Once we receive your return in its original condition, we’ll refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping) to your original payment method.

Refunds (if approved):
Once inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
