Dreamtime Foods Catering

At Dreamtime Foods, we bring the flavours of the Kimberley to your table with a catering experience that blends culture, story and food. Guided by Traditional Custodian Robert Dann and chef Glen Hagger, our menus showcase native bushfoods, seasonal produce and modern Australian flair.

You’ll see ingredients like boab, gubinge, pearl meat, min min and more, woven into dishes that celebrate Country and connection. From intimate private dinners to large-scale events, every plate is designed to share the richness of Indigenous food culture.

More than just a meal, our catering includes storytelling, song and a sense of place. Whether it’s canapés, a feasting table or a bespoke fine dining experience, Dreamtime Foods offers a journey through taste and culture that your guests will remember long after the plates are cleared.

About Glen Hagger

As co-founder of Dreamtime Foods, Glen brings over 20 years of experience as a chef, blending his deep respect for Country with a passion for paddock-to-plate cooking. Growing up in regional WA, Glen developed a strong connection to the land and ocean — a bond that now shapes everything he creates in the kitchen.

With a background spanning fine dining to private cheffing, Glen has built a reputation for showcasing native bushfoods in a modern, approachable way. His dishes celebrate local produce and Indigenous ingredients, always crafted to spark conversation and connection around the table.

Through Dreamtime Foods, Glen works alongside Traditional Custodian and friend Robert Dann to share the flavours and stories of the Kimberley, creating dining experiences that are as meaningful as they are delicious.

About Robert Dann

Robert Dann, co-founder of Dreamtime Foods, is a proud Traditional Custodian from the Kimberley with a lifetime of knowledge about bushfoods, Country, and culture. His understanding of native plants and ingredients forms the heart of our catering menus, guiding how we select and showcase the foods of his homeland.

Beyond the kitchen, Robert shares culture through his powerful didgeridoo playing and storytelling. His presence brings a depth of meaning to each Dreamtime Foods event — connecting guests not only to the flavours on their plates but also to the stories and traditions of the land they come from.

With Robert’s guidance, Dreamtime Foods offers more than a meal; it’s a cultural experience that honours Country, community, and connection.
